Member-Driven. As a co-op, our value to members comes in part from our ability to offer a responsive shopping experience. We believe that responding to members requests and shopping habits is one of the best ways to help the co-op thrive financially. Transparent: We must communicate our ethics, rationale, and decisions clearly so that our process and the resulting changes are understood and appreciated.
