Member Council definition

Member Council means a group or committee comprised of GPO Members that is responsible for clinical review, award determination and, where applicable, final review of the HGPII Evaluation.
Member Council means any of the Councils of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll and Bute, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Highland and Moray;
Member Council means Ordinary Members of the Zone.

  • Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, no Governing Member, Council Representative, or Committee Delegate shall have any right to act for the Council or to bind the Council under agreements or arrangements with third parties.

  • An Administrative/Bargaining Unit Member Council shall be established and shall meet at the discretion of either party.

  • The Chair of the Steering Group may upon the service by a Member Council of a notice under Clause 12.2 hereof recommend to the Steering Group the preparation of a Minute of Variation or of Termination.

More Definitions of Member Council

Member Council means a member of the Association that is a Local Council (i.e. not a natural person);

  • Member Company means a “service recipient” as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h)(3).

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.
