Member Access definition

Member Access is the web-based software application available on the Credit Union’s website, which is used by members and their authorized users to sign on to Online Services from their computers.

  • To cancel the HPC Member Access Service, you must notify the Credit Union and provide your name and address.

  • Payments received electronically through an optional payment service, including online through Member Access, or through ASK-SECU Voice Response, will be credited based on the terms presented during use of the service.

  • Business Member Access and Multi-User Requirements: Once authenticated and registered, the system administrator (“System Administrator”) will have access to an “Administrator Console” through Online Banking.

  • The Credit Union offers the benefits and convenience of Member Access transactions to you for free.
