  • COMMISSION agrees that payment is due net 30 days from the invoice received from MELLC, unless COMMISSION submits questions or requests regarding the bill to MELLC in writing, in which case payment shall be due within 30 days of the resolution of the questions or requests.

  • MELLC is not entitled to the rights or benefits afforded to the PCC, including disability, unemployment insurance, workers compensation, medical insurance, sick leave, or any other employment benefit if any.

  • MELLC is responsible for providing, at MELLC’s own expense, disability, insurance, worker’s compensation, and other insurance for MELLC and its employees, if any.

  • PCC shall have the right to terminate this contract in the event MELLC becomes unable to perform or is prevented from performing the services required hereunder or in the event of gross negligence, or any other material violation of this contract, on behalf of MELLC, and PCC shall provide a written fourteen (14) day notice of such termination.
