For the term of this contract coverage shall remain as is, the township and the bargaining unit agree to meet and explore other medical-benefit options including but not limited to a deductible plan with MEIT.
Warden s court” means the warden’s court constituted under this Act or deemed so to be for the mineral field or district thereof in which the subject matter in relation to which the term is used arose or is.
