Meeting Hours definition

Meeting Hours means meeting duration hours spent by Novartis employees in direct interaction with Ideaya in face-to-face meetings or teleconferences to answer questions related to transferred data and information, independent of the number of Novartis participants attending the meeting or participating in the phone conference. For the avoidance of doubt, Meeting Hours do not include hours spent by Novartis employees to prepare for the meetings and do not include time spent on electronic communications. For example, if three (3) Novartis participants conduct a five (5) hour teleconference with Ideaya, such teleconference shall constitute five (5) Meeting Hours.
Meeting Hours means meeting duration hours spent by Medshine’s or its Affiliates’ employees in direct interaction with Erasca’s employees in face-to-face meetings or teleconferences to answer questions and provide clarification and technical assistance pursuant to Section 3.3(c), independent of the number of Medshine’s or its Affiliates’ employees attending the meeting or participating in the phone conference. For the avoidance of doubt, Meeting Hours do not include hours spent by Medshine’s or its Affiliates’ employees to prepare for the meetings or phone conferences and do not include time spent on electronic communications. For example, if three (3) employees of Medshine or its Affiliates participate in a five (5) hour teleconference with employees of Erasca such teleconference shall constitute a total of five (5)
Meeting Hours means meeting duration hours spent by Novartis employees in direct interaction with Erasca in face-to-face meetings or teleconferences to answer questions related to transferred data and information pursuant to Section 5.4, [***] Section 5.4. 1.78

Examples of Meeting Hours in a sentence

  • After the physical transfer has been completed, if assistance is required, such assistance will be provided at no cost to Oculis for up to forty (40) Meeting Hours.

  • The Parties’ Alliance Managers will agree on the format, timing, and scope of the relevant Know-How transfer assistance; provided, that not more than [***] Meeting Hours of assistance will be provided pursuant to this Section 4.2(a).

  • Meeting Hours - Tyler will be available to attend, upon the requests of the Director of Finance and Administration, department head meetings or other prescribed meetings not directly related to specific assessment issues, upon reasonable prior notice.

More Definitions of Meeting Hours

Meeting Hours means the time spent by Alcon representatives in meetings with Oculis representatives to answer questions raised by Oculis in accordance with Section 3.2 (independent of the number of Alcon personnel participating in any such meetings). Preparation time for meetings and follow up by Alcon with Oculis subsequent to meetings will not be counted as Meeting Hours.
