  • Within six (6) months after the Effective Date, the Recipient shall cause MEDT to enhance the capacity of MEDT’s department responsible for human resources management through the recruitment of adequately qualified staff on a transparent and competitive basis to carry out, inter alia, the restructuring of MEDT.
