Medium Scale Event definition
Medium Scale Event means an event that requires logistical meetings with Town staff, and/or extensive road use, and/or traffic control or escort requirements.
Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
Business Continuity Event means any event or issue that could impact on the operations of the Supplier and its ability to provide the Services including an influenza pandemic and any Force Majeure Event;
Non-Viability Event means the earlier of:
SOFR Benchmark Transition Event means the occurrence of a Benchmark Transition Event with respect to the then-current Benchmark;
Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.
