Medium Priority Error definition
Medium Priority Error means an Error which disables or disrupts non-essential business functions of the System. Examples include (i) a Covered Product is not performing in a normal manner or the Error is very intermittent, or (ii) the System workload is impaired but it can be used.
Medium Priority Error means an Error where the Software, or a particular component thereof, operates in a state which does not materially impair the particular program function for which such Software or component was designed but such operational state does not conform to the documented specifications. MKS shall use reasonable commercial efforts to respond within 8 business hours after receipt of the Error report from you in order to determine the exact nature of the defect or the problem. If a resolution or work-around is not found within 4 business days MKS shall escalate to the next level of technical assistance.
Medium Priority Error means problems that affect the functionality of the Navina tool but have workarounds or affect only a few users.
Examples of Medium Priority Error in a sentence
If the Medium Priority Error is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within twelve (12) hours after contacting the Second Level Escalation Contact, then the Third Level Escalation Contact may be contacted.
If a Medium Priority Error is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within twelve (12) hours after contacting the First Level Escalation Contact, the Second Level Escalation Contact may be contacted.
In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ receives notice of an Error from one of Customer's employees, Navina shall exercise all commercially reasonable efforts to meet the following response and target resolution times: Medium Priority Error 24 (twenty-four) hours Next Program Release, or 30 days, whichever is greater.
