Medicinal Use definition

Medicinal Use means the use of Medicinal Cannabis or Medicinal Cannabis Product.
Medicinal Use means the Use of Cannabis as prescribed by a physician who is licensed to practice medicine in Canada and is authorized by their respective governing body to prescribe Cannabis for medicinal purposes in Alberta.
Medicinal Use means the activities provided for in [section 10].

Medicinal Use means the use of Cannabis or Cannabis products pursuant to a physician’s recommendation or prescription to treat a medical condition.
