Medicated Plaster definition

Medicated Plaster means a pharmaceutical product comprising a drug formulation attached to a backing that is placed on the skin to deliver a drug.

  • Intoxicated person means a person whose mental or physical

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Radioactive waste means radioactive waste as defined in Article 3(7) of Council Directive 2011/70/Euratom8;

  • Weapon means a firearm as defined in 18 USC §921 for purposes of the Gun-Free Schools Act. It also means any other gun, BB gun, pistol, revolver, shotgun, rifle, machine gun, disguised gun, dagger, dirk, razor, stiletto, switchblade knife, gravity knife, brass knuckles, sling shot, metal knuckle knife, box cutters, cane sword, electronic dart gun, Kung Fu star, electronic stun gun, pepper spray or other noxious spray, explosive or incendiary bomb, or other device, instrument, material or substance that can cause physical injury or death when used to cause physical injury or death.

  • Low-level radioactive waste or “waste” means radioactive waste that is not classified as high-level radioactive waste and that is Class A, B, or C low-level radioactive waste as defined in 10 C.F.R. §61.55, as that section existed on January 26, 1983. “Low-level radioactive waste” or “waste” does not include any such radioactive waste that is owned or generated by the United States department of energy; by the United States navy as a result of the decommissioning of its vessels; or as a result of research, development, testing, or production of an atomic weapon.
