Medical visit means diagnostic, therapeutic, or con- sultative services provided to a client by a healthcare profes- sional in an outpatient setting.
Medical visit means a face-to-face encounter between an FQHC or RHC patient and a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, certified nurse-midwife, visiting nurse, or a comprehensive perinatal practitioner, as defined in Section 51179.7 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, providing comprehensive perinatal services.
