Medical Staff Membership definition

Medical Staff Membership means appointment to the Active, Associate, Courtesy, Consulting, or Affiliate Medical Staff, or Telemedicine Staff.
Medical Staff Membership means having and maintaining in good standing clinical privileges as members of the active medical staff, current members of the courtesy staff, or current appointees of the allied health professional staff of one or more Hospitals.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be construed in any manner as an assurance of or guarantee of initial appointment to Medical Staff Membership during or at termination of training.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be construed in any manner whatsoever as an assurance of or guarantee of appointment to Medical Staff Membership during the Term, or after expiration or termination of, this Agreement.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be construed in any manner whatsoever as an assurance of or guarantee of appointment to Medical Staff Membership of Ozark, or any of its affiliated corporations, during or at termination of training.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be construed in any manner whatsoever as an assurance of or guarantee of initial appointment to Medical Staff Membership during or at termination of training.

  • The Compliance Office shall maintain records of all Physicians with Active Medical Staff Membership who attend such training and shall include such record in each Annual Report to the OIG.

  • PRMC shall make the Code of Conduct, General Training and Specific Training (where appropriate) available to all Physicians with Active Medical Staff Membership who are not Covered Persons, and shall use best efforts to encourage their attendance and participation.

  • All Investor Members and Physician Owners agree that they must be eligible for active Medical Staff Membership at the Hospital and possess education and training that enables them to perform the required physician involvement activities.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Physicians and Community Physicians who wish to obtain Medical Staff Membership with Hospital Privileges must be both credentialed members of the Hospitals’ medical staff with inpatient admitting privileges and have an Adjunct Academic Appointment to the Medical School.

  • Following the initial appointment and credentialing of this initial group of Ochsner Physicians and Community Physicians, any additional ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Physicians and the Community Physicians wishing to obtain Medical Staff Membership with Hospital Privileges must complete the Medical Staff Membership with Hospital Privileges credentialing and Adjunct Academic Appointment processes as outlined in the Hospital Medical Staff Bylaws credentialing process.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be construed in any manner whatsoever as an appointment of Resident to Medical Staff Membership at Trinity or any other facility during or at termination of Resident’s training.
