Cultural resources means archaeological and historic sites and artifacts, and traditional religious, ceremonial and social uses and activities of affected Indian tribes.

Emergency medical responder or “EMR” means an individual who has successfully completed a course of study based on the United States Department of Transportation’s Emergency Medical Responder Instructional Guidelines (January 2009), has passed the psychomotor and cognitive examinations for the EMR, and is currently certified by the department as an EMR.

The foundation is not visible. There is a 1 story 3 bay porch with square wooden posts. The windows are 1/1 double hung wood. The roof is a false mansard with variegated shingles. 2313 T Street, 2315 T Street, 2317 T Street, and 2319 T Street comprise a series of houses built on the same design, nearly identical to those found around the corner in the 1300 block of 24th Street. The design is two bays, one story, frame, with a false mansard roof. All four retain original Queen Anne style lathe-turned porch posts. All but 2313 have original wood sash 1/1 windows, while 2313 has vinyl replacements. 2319 has Inselstone siding, and 2313 has aluminum siding, while the two center houses (2315 and 2317) appear to have recently been restored to their original wood siding, which is double covelap. The original pressed metal shingles are still in place in the false mansard of 2319, while the mansard at 2313 has siding over the mansard; the two houses in between (2315 and 2317) have some kind of slate or wood shingle that has been painted in the mansards.

Medical record means any document or combination of documents, except births, deaths, and the fact of admission to or discharge from a hospital, that pertains to the medical history, diagnosis, prognosis, or medical condition of a patient and that is generated and maintained in the process of medical treatment.

Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.
Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.
Medical evaluation means the process of assessing an individual's health status that includes a medical history and a physical examination of an individual conducted by a licensed medical practitioner operating within the scope of his license.
Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.
Local Resident a local resident is a local member who has resided within eighty (80) kilometres of a project, but outside the cities of Regina and Saskatoon, for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the date of hire. LOCAL UNION OR UNION - means the International Union of Operating Engineers, Hoisting, Portable and Stationary, Local 870.
CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:
Nuclear pharmacy means a pharmacy providing radio-pharmaceutical service.
CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.
waste management means the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste, including the supervision of such operations and the after-care of disposal sites, and including actions taken as a dealer or broker;
Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.
Geothermal resources shall collectively mean the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraph 16(a) and 16(b) that are not subject to this Lease but are located on adjacent land or lands in reasonable proximity thereto;
