Medical Provider Network Plan definition
Medical Provider Network Plan means an employer's, insurer's, or entity that provides physician network services’ detailed description for a Medical Provider Network contained in a complete application submitted according to the the requirements of this article to the Administrative Director by an MPN Applicant.
