Medical Monitoring Settlement Class Member definition
Medical Monitoring Settlement Class Member means any member of the Medical Monitoring Settlement Class who has not timely and validly excluded himself, herself, or itself, in an individual or representative capacity, from the Medical Monitoring Settlement Class, in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.
