Medical Mission definition

Medical Mission or “Cataract Mission” shall mean an outreach program of altruistic and humanitarian considerations which shall strictly be free and non-profit to provide free cataract surgery to all Filipinos regardless of age and who have very limited and/or without any means of affording such surgical procedure. The “Mission” shall include but shall not be limited to outreach programs initiated and conducted by private and/or public healthcare providers, medical and/or professional groups and/or associations, individual healthcare professionals, non-government organizations (NGOs) and Local Government Units (LGUs) and its instrumentalities.

  • Medical history means information regarding any:
