Medical Liability definition

Medical Liability means a legal liability arising directly out of the rendering of, or failure to render, medical treatment in the conduct of the Medical Business resulting in bodily injury, mental injury or death of any person admitted to the care of the Insured for the purpose of receiving medical treatment and includes the provision of emergency medical treatment to any person at any incident by an Employee of the Insured provided that Employee was not acting under a contract of employment with any other employer at the time.
Medical Liability means a household’s accrued medically related debt or medical expenses paid within the past 12 months that are not covered by third party liability insurance (TPL), including, but not limited to:
