Medical Insurance Benefit definition

Medical Insurance Benefit means one hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s COBRA continuation premiums through the end of the earliest of (A) the end of the statutory period for COBRA coverage, (B) the first anniversary of the termination of Executive’s employment, and (C) the date on which Executive first becomes entitled to medical and health insurance benefits under any plan maintained by any person for whom Executive provides services as an employee or otherwise.
