Medical Emergency Services means inpatient and outpatient services covered under this Contract that are furnished by a Provider qualified to furnish emergency services and are needed to evaluate or stabilize an Enrollee’s Medical Emergency.

Examples of Medical Emergency Services in a sentence

  • Medical Emergency Services, Post-Stabilization Care Services and Urgent Care services must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including a 24-hour per day number for Enrollees to call in case of a Medical Emergency.
