Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans means Charity Hospital, and the Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans including University Hospital at New Orleans, any so-called "Interim Hospital" or "Interim Louisiana State University Hospital", and successor hospitals to Charity Hospital or University Hospital at New Orleans, however organized, together with all licenses, provider numbers, and programs and facilities thereof.
