medical aid scheme means any recognised medical aid scheme from which medical benefits may be obtained.

  • Medical assistance means medical assistance as established under title XIX of the social security act, 42 USC 1396 to 1396w-5.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.
