Mediation Settlement definition

Mediation Settlement means the good-faith settlement among the Settlement Parties in respect of the Settled Mediation Causes of Action.
Mediation Settlement means the content of a written agreement resulting from mediation of a relevant dispute;
Mediation Settlement means an agreement in writing reached by the parties to a dispute during the course of a mediation and signed by the parties and the mediator;
