Mediation Guidelines definition

Mediation Guidelines has the meaning given in Section 13.3;
Mediation Guidelines. The policies to be followed in mediating a dispute between the Company and Retailer as described in Section 11.

Examples of Mediation Guidelines in a sentence

  • The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with ACDC Mediation Guidelines which set out the procedures to be adopted, the process of selection of the mediator and the costs involved and which terms are hereby deemed incorporated.

  • If the Dispute is not resolved under clause 21.3 within thirty days (or longer period as agreed between the parties) of the Notification, the parties will refer the Dispute for mediation by the Australian Commercial Dispute Centre Limited (ACDC) for resolution in accordance with the Mediation Guidelines of the ACDC and will enter into ACDC’s standard mediation agreement in force at the time this Agreement is executed by the parties, or such other mediation as is agreed by the parties.
