Media Player definition

Media Player means the software media player controlled by Distributor and through which the Xbox Services are delivered to the Authorized Xbox Device.
Media Player shall have meaning assigned to such term in section 5.06(b)(1) below.
Media Player means a computer program which is used or useful in the transmission, performance and/or playback of Recordings so that the digital data that embodies the audio or audiovisual recording concerned can be perceived by and communicated to an End User of such computer program when used in conjunction with the aid of a machine or device. For the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, Microsoft’s “Windows Media Audio Version 7”, WMA8 and RealNetwork’s “RealPlayer 8” are “Media Players” as of the date hereof.

  • When you use Windows Media Player, it checks with Microsoft for · compatible online music services in your region; and · new versions of the player.

  • Users shall be able to access the Service Provider Channels by launching the Sprint Media Player application from their Handset.

  • Microsoft provides no warranty whatsoever with respect to functionality associated with Windows Media Player.

  • This warranty does not cover problems ca used by your acts (or failures to act), the acts of others, events beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer or installer, or Microsoft, or the absence of Windows Media Player.
