Media Order definition

Media Order means the final agreed media order issued by advertising agency to Astro Radio proposing the dates, times and/or Fees for the Services, which are subject to changes and confirmation as stated in the Booking Confirmation Order.

Media Order means the final agreed media order issued by Client to Blaze proposing the dates, times and/or Fees for the Services. It also includes IO that incorporates these terms which have been mutually agreed by Blaze in relation to the delivery of Ads on Sites for the benefit of Agency or Advertiser

Examples of Media Order in a sentence

  • Yaffa may wholly or partly reject/ cancel the Media Order at any time in its sole discretion.

  • The Client’s warranties and indemnities survive the termination/ expiration of the Media Order and this Agreement.

  • If a Yaffa Event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions the Media Order for Sponsorship of said event will be reduced by the amount of 50% of the order.

  • The Client may not modify the Media Order without ▇▇▇▇▇’s prior written approval.

  • If the Client wholly or partly cancels the Media Order within 30 days of Yaffa being scheduled undertake the work to which the cancellation relates, the Client must still pay Yaffa all amounts due to Yaffa, including any Charges (defined below).

  • Without the advance written approval of Client’s senior management, Yaffa, its employees, subcontractors or agents shall not (a) give Client’s employees or agents any gifts or entertainment of significant value or any commission, fee or rebate in connection with this Agreement and the Media Order, or (b) enter into any business arrangement with any of Client’s employees or agents.

  • Either party may wholly or partly terminate the Media Order and this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any of its warranties or indemnities or, in case of the Client, if it fails to pay any Charges as required.

  • Unless GST is expressly included, the consideration expressed to be payable under this Media Order for any supply made under or in connection with this Media Order does not include GST.

  • In this Agreement: Client means the party placing the Media Order, as set out in the Media Order.

  • The Client must pay all amounts payable to Yaffa in respect of the Media Order (“Charges”) in full and in the manner set out in these General Terms and the Media Order.
