Media Mode definition
Media Mode means the service whereby IPONWEB buys Media for and on behalf of the Customer as its agent and which the Customer subsequently reimburses IPONWEB the Media Cost for.
Media Mode means the BIDSWITCH Service whereby the Supply Partner has a dedicated connection to the BIDSWITCH Platform to sell its Media to one or more Demand Partners with whom the Supply Partner does not have a separate agreement relating to the sale of and payment for such Media.
Media Mode means the BIDSWITCH Service whereby Media can be acquired using the BIDSWITCH Platform where BIDSWITCH (but not the Demand Partner) has direct contractual relationships with Supply Partners and the Demand Partner pays BIDSWITCH the Media Cost for Media acquired.
