Media Fee definition

Media Fee means a monthly contribution by Franchisee to the Advertising Fund as more fully discussed in Section 3.4 and 8.5 of this Agreement, the proceeds of which will be used exclusively by the Association for the purpose of purchasing national network television advertising.
