Media Entity definition

Media Entity means a radio broadcast station, television broadcast
Media Entity means the party specified in the foregoing letter signed by the Head of News and Account Management, Police Scotland;
Media Entity means any person or entity that gathers information of possible public interest and publishes it to the public using any one or more of a variety of media including text in print and digital format, photographs, videos and sound recordings.

  • Demand Media shall (or shall cause such other Demand Media Entity to) access and use only those Rightside Systems of Rightside (or such other Rightside Entity) for which it has been granted the right to access and use.

  • Demand Media (acting directly or through any other Demand Media Entity) and the Demand Media Health and Welfare Plans shall be solely responsible for compliance with the health care continuation coverage requirements of COBRA with respect to each individual who is a Demand Media Participant (or a dependent or beneficiary thereof) at the time such individual experiences a COBRA qualifying event.
