Media Contract definition

Media Contract means each National Media Contract and each Local Media Contract.
Media Contract means any carriage, affiliation, satellite affiliation or similar agreements or arrangement pursuant to which the television channel denominated “Cine Latino” or any other programming content either directly or indirectly owned or licensed by the Borrower or related to, used or held for use in connection with the Business or Permitted Business is transmitted through cable, satellite, DSL, Internet, wireless or any other distribution methodology.

  • The Borrower shall not, and, with respect to any National Media Contract, shall not vote to authorize the NHL to, take any action, including the amendment, modification or waiver of any of its rights under the Media Contracts, that in each case would invalidate the Collateral Agent’s Lien on any Collateral other than as permitted under the Security Agreement.
