Medi-Span definition

Medi-Span means Medi-Span, Inc. and Medi-Span International, Inc., collectively, which were, prior to their acquisition by Defendants, formerly subsidiaries of J.B. Laughrey, Inc., Indiana corporations, with their principal place of business at 8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46240.
Medi-Span means Medi-Span, a division of Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
Medi-Span means the database to which CorVel subscribes that produces the AWP values of the Covered Drug Products dispensed by network pharmacies through CorVel’s PBM. CorVel applies the Customer’s negotiated AWP Discounts to Covered Drug products.

  • If Medi-Span does not provide an AWP for a particular 11-digit NDC (and Meritain and PBM Vendor have not agreed upon another drug pricing source for such NDC), the applicable AWP for such prescriptions will be the lowest cost AWP per unit for such Covered Drug as reported by Medi-Span.

  • All Brand Pricing Guarantees will be reconciled based on Medi-Span multi-source code field M, N, or O, excluding House Generics, as defined herein.
