Mechanics Tools definition

Mechanics Tools means Stanley Mechanics Tools, Inc., an Ohio corporation (formerly known as Mac Tools, Inc.), and its permitted successors and assigns. All references in the Receivables Purchase Agreement to MAC shall be deemed to refer to Mechanics Tools, and all references to Mac Tools, Inc. shall be deemed to refer to Stanley Mechanics Tools, Inc.
