Mechanical System Plans definition

Mechanical System Plans means the final working drawings, plans and specifications for the mechanical, sprinkler, heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems in the Suite LL2-005 Expansion Space, which shall be prepared by Tenant’s Engineer based upon and in accordance with the Space Plans and fully coordinated with the remainder of the Working Plans, and which shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department to obtain a building permit.
Mechanical System Plans means the final working drawings, plans and specifications for the mechanical, sprinkler, heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems in the Expansion Space (portions of which shall be denoted as “Landlord’s Additional Work”), which shall be prepared by Landlord’s Engineer based upon and in accordance with the Space Plans and fully coordinated with the remainder of the Working Plans, and which shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department of the City of Chicago to obtain a building permit.

  • Landlord has previously entered into a separate agreement with Landlord’s Architect for the preparation of the Space Plans and the Working Plans and a separate agreement with Landlord’s Engineer for the preparation of the Mechanical System Plans, all at Landlord’s sole cost and expense.
