Mechanical Defect definition

Mechanical Defect means damage to, or failure of a part, component or feature of, a Motor Vehicle.
Mechanical Defect means damage to or failure of a part, component or a feature to work in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications of the vehicle.
Mechanical Defect means any defect, failure or malfunction of the mechanical system of a motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, the motor and transmission, electrical, hydraulic or suspension system, and any defect, damage, failure or malfunction that significantly affects the safety or normal use of a motor vehicle.

Related to Mechanical Defect

  • Environmental Defect means, with respect to any given Asset, a material violation of Environmental Laws in effect as of the Effective Time in the jurisdiction in which such Asset is located.

  • Material Defect As defined in Section 2.02(c) hereof.

  • Nonconforming zoning condition means a physical improvement on a property that does not conform with current zoning standards.

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.
