Mechanical Completion Notice means the document issued by Allegheny upon agreeing that Contractor has substantially met the criteria set forth in the Job Specification for Mechanical Completion of the Facility or any part thereof.

  • The “Mechanical Completion Date” for a System shall be the date that Contractor countersigns the Mechanical Completion Notice for such System pursuant to Section 4.1(a).
