Mechanical Code Inspector definition
Mechanical Code Inspector means an individual qualified to conduct inspections required by the mechanical code identified in Section 180.60(a)(5) of this Part.
Mechanical Code Inspector means an individual who as part of his/her regular duties performs mechanical or fuel gas code inspections or resolves conflicts relative to application of the adopted mechanical or fuel gas code. The inspector’s status shall be determined by job duties rather than job title.
