Australia and Chile shall negotiate a memorandum of understanding (MoU) affirming that Chile recognises that the Australian Meat Industry Classification System (AUS-MEAT Language) meets the aims and objectives of the Chile Beef Grading Scheme.

The Company recognizes the Australasian Meat Industry Employee Union (Newcastle and Northern Branch) as the Union that has representation rights of the employees who are covered by this Agreement.
The employer shall be a participating employer of the Meat Industry Employees’ Superannuation Fund (MIESF) and the Retail Employees’ Superannuation Trust (REST) and shall contribute to either of these funds as nominated by the employee, on behalf of the employee, the level of contribution required to comply with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ as amended.
