MEAs means multilateral environmental agreements such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and its Kyoto Protocol; the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD); the United Nations Convention to Combat Drought and Desertification (UNCCD); the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs); and the Vienna Convention and its Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer;
MEAs has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
MEAs means Multi-lateral Environmental Agreements as mentioned in this Act and to which Pakistan is a Party;
