Owner File Quality Assurance. The Contractor shall ensure Quality Assurance of the CHA’s HCV owner files. The Contractor shall review the following documents: (i) proof of ownership, (ii) Taxes, (iii) Certification of Good Standing (LLC/Corp), W-9, (v) property owner certification form, (vi) Management Authorization, (vii) change of ownership, (viii) change of management, (ix) Release of Information, (x) Affidavit of Ownership, (xi) do not lease list, (xii) ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇.▇▇▇), (xiii) other items as may be appropriate. To the extent necessary, the Contractor shall take appropriate action to correct or remedy any discrepancies discovered in any of the foregoing, regardless of when the error occurred. With respect to rent increases in subsection, (xx) the Contractor shall correctly process ninety-five percent (95%) of the requests in less than fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of complete documentation required from the owner.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
