MEA Program Manager means the individual specified in writing as the MEA representative for a Program or other person designated in writing by MEA to act on behalf of MEA regarding the Grant Agreement.

The MEA Program Manager may extend a deadline in writing up to 60 days, for good cause shown, such as circumstances outside of the Grantee’s control.
