Me-Too Clause definition

Me-Too Clause. The City agrees that, if, during the term of this MOU, any other employee interest group is given a general salary increase or other economic enhancement to their overall compensation, or has any compensation reduction they have incurred or concession they have made restored to them, then the parties will reopen negotiations on the more favorable or less detrimental economic terms.

The parties agree that this “Me Too Clause” will remain in effect during Fiscal Year 2013 and will sunset on June 30, 2013.
Me-Too Clause. In the event that the Hillsdale Education Association (HEA) settlement of wages is greater than the settlement with OAPSE/AFSCME Local 444, an equal increase will be offered to OAPSE/AFSCME Local 444.
