ME Grade. 5 - "Leading Worker"
ME Grade. 8 - "Leading Worker" This grading shall be applied to a worker who has responsibilities similar to those detailed under Grade 7 criteria, but is considered by the Council to be operating at a constantly high level of efficiency and effectiveness. In determining what constitutes a high level of efficiency and effectiveness, the following Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are to be used. Over the period of 12 months prior to the review, the Leading Worker has demonstrated performance in:- 1. Work Team is out of the Depot, consistently by 7.15 am. 2. Work Team is not back in Depot, consistently until after 3.40 pm. 3. Punctuality and reliability in attendance, (for example, less than 5 days sick leave per year;

Examples of ME Grade in a sentence

  • Shift Patrol Grader Operator positions will be classified at the ME Grade applicable to the class of Grader in use, as defined in this Agreement.

Related to ME Grade

  • Pay grade means the monthly salary applicable to class titles of service personnel;

  • Passing grade means work of such character that credit would be entered on the records were the semester to close at that time.

  • Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.
