MDUs means hotels, motels, bars, restaurants, businesses, ---- schools and other multiple dwelling units.
MDUs means, collectively multiple dwelling units (comprising high-rise and low-rise apartment, condominium and cooperative complexes, town-house developments, mobile home parks and congregate care and other similar facilities), each containing 100 more dwelling units.
