MDUC Facilities definition
MDUC Facilities means any real property, leaseholds, or other interests currently or formerly owned or operated in connection with MDUC and the MDUC Affiliates and any buildings, plants, structures, or equipment currently or formerly owned or operated in connection with MDUC and the MDUC Affiliates.
