MDU Subscribers definition
MDU Subscribers means a Subscriber that is paying for Content Services with the intent that such Content Services will be made available to persons living in a multi-dwelling unit such as an apartment complex. In general, but not always, MDU's will be characterized by two or more of the following characteristics: conforming to a single billing entity for multiple Subscribers, consisting of four (4) or more Subscriber units, and having historical status as an MDU with incumbent Cable Television Service Providers.
