  • MDSS shall have the right to hire such employees and engage such subcontractors as it deems appropriate to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • MDSS will cooperate at MAS’s expense with MAS in any legal action MAS may take against such infringement in its sole judgment.

  • MDSS shall quote no more than the agreed list prices for the Products.

  • MDSS acknowledges that it must have MAS prior written authorization before it secures or uses any Uniform Resource Locator (url) or other designation of IP address, or secures or uses any social media account, whose name resembles or is derived from any of the Marks.
