MDRE means Ministère du Développement Rural et de l’Environnement, the Borrower’s Ministry of Agricultural Development and the Environment;

The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out Part C.4 and 5 of the Project through MDRE with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate agricultural practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.
Under the overall coordination of MDRE, APROFA will be responsible for the implementation of the Project.
For this purpose, MDRE shall modify the composition of the Consultative Committee to include representatives of the private irrigation subsector.
