MDOT MVA definition

MDOT MVA means the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration. "Operational Metrics" means those metrics set forth in Section 5.4(f) of Appendix 2 (Toll Rate Setting). "Performance Requirements" is defined in Section 8 (Change in Toll System Technology). "Personnel Oversight Costs" is defined in Section 28 (Transaction Fee).
