MDDO definition

MDDO means the maximum quantity of Gas, expressed in Dth, that Transporter is obligated to deliver on a Firm basis under a Contract for Firm Service to or on behalf of Shipper on any Gas Day at a given Primary Point of Delivery, as specified in Shipper’s Contract for Firm Service, at constant hourly rates of flow over the course of such Gas Day (excluding Fuel Gas).
