  • For the time period from October 16 of each year through May 15 of the next year, the Shallow Flood Control Areas shall be considered to be in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations, if the areal wetness cover within each Shallow Flood Control Area in the TDCA meets the MDCE required in Exhibit 6 using the SFCE Curve in Exhibit 7.

  • Each invoice shall set forth a reasonable explanation of the services rendered during such month and, if requested by MDCE, supporting documentation in reasonable detail.

  • MDCE has all requisite power and authority to carry on its business as now being conducted and as proposed to be conducted, to enter into this Agreement, to perform its obligations hereunder, and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • The Management Person will, upon request by MDCE, assist MDCE in recruiting Medical Personnel.

  • This Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of any successors to or permitted assigns of the Management Person and MDCE.
